INNOVATION "RECESSION"?

With the bad economy and uncertainty of state of affairs, innovation and creativity is not as valued by the general public.  People fear change, change of ideas, change of thinking and change of attitude.  Our fear leads us to the tried and true values and old ways of thinking that may not work but we find comfort in them.  In order to move into the future, we need to embrace change and embrace innovation.  Even if it may fail, it will help pave the way even further onto the road to discovery while our old ways will keep us in the zone of comfort.  It is not to say forget the past or forget the foundation laid down by others but always keep moving.
